British Sterling Cologne by Dana Fragrance Spotlight

British Sterling Cologne by Dana is one of those classic fragrances, first launched in 1965 by Dana. British Sterling Cologne is a rich, aromatic fougere for men. Citrus top notes mingle with middle notes of nutmeg, cedar, cinnamon and leather to create woody, spicy accords best suited for evening tastes. The depth of this fragrance reveals base notes of amber, musk and oakmoss, which complement colder seasons very well. With a soft sillage and a moderate longevity, this sophisticated scent can add a touch of charm to any occasion.

The Dana design house was established in 1932 and took its name from the mother of Perseus in Greek Mythology, Danae, who was said to represent great beauty and elegance. Over the years, Dana’s headquarters moved from Spain to France and then the United States where it has gone through several ownership changes.
